It's been a very nice experience staying at Element One. Love how quiet the neighbors and community are, and the location is also wonderful and safe. Worth living in this area if you like being close to Stamford downtown but not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of it all.

So far so good. Leasing team has been great to work with. Only issues we’ve had so far is our unit was’t 100% move in ready. Just need maintenance to fix some things and empty out our storage unit that they have been using for storage.

Very happy here at Element One. Staff is exceptional. The space is well cared for. They are always quick to respond to any issues that may arise although they are few and far between.

The overall cleanliness of the building and parking areas are poor. The carpets in the residential hallways are constantly stained and have a bad odor. The in house carpet cleaning doesnt change that. The trash rooms always smell like garbage, they should be cleaned twice a day, especially the floors. The trash dumpsters in parking area are constantly overflowing with garbage and maintenance sometimes leaves broken appliances in that area for days before they are removed. Even saw a maintenance team member using the parking garage to change tires on his vehicle over a weekend leaving oil spills covering parking spaces. Looks like a junkyard.

Excellent building to live in. Great staff that are always available to help you. Maintenance staff is also attentive and responds quickly to resident requests. Staff keep residents informed about local Stamford and building events.

Since I have moved in the complex has gotten worse. The cleanliness of the facilities has drastically decreased. Animal waste stains on rugs in halls. Animal waste outside entrances to building in parking garage. Light bulbs out in several locations in halls and by elevators. The worst water pressure in the units, the pressure is deplorable. I would be willing to pay to have a pressure pump installed in my unit if the complex would allow. Have had HVAC problems for 2-3 years. Temporary fixed but too cheap to replace the unit, just throw a charge in to get past the warmer weather. Elevator issues. Key pad access issues. Parking enforcement issues. People leaving shoes in hall with no enforcement to the rules of safety in the halls.
